This month the visit to the Cava Interpretation Center includes the tasting of the Cava Essential by Juvé & Camps, with a subtle aroma that evokes the character and personality of the Xarel.lo grape variety, and notes of anise, white fruit and Mediterranean herbs.

This Cava is accompanied by chocolates covered with 50% cocoa chocolate made Ghanaian cocoa beans, with an interior of truffle flavoured with Cointreau. An original and delicious product of Simón Coll Xocolaters.
