Jaume Giró i Giró is one of the historical cellars of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. They make artisanal cavas of limited productions.
This month, at the Cava Interpretation Center you can try their artisanal Brut Nature, made from native varieties of Penedès and a minimum of 15 months of aging. Ideal combined with the flavor and texture of the quinoa and almond bread made by the local pastry shop of Ca l'Arseni ;-)
