After a careful elaboration and a long aging in the cellars, Covides presents this singular cava of bright pale yellow color and fine bubble, made with the varieties xarel·lo, parellada and Chardonnay, and in which the floral aromas and Mediterranean herbs stand out.

Accompanied by the chocolate Amatller 70% cocoa São Tomé limited edition of Simón Coll Xocolaters the acidity of the cava is softened and rounded in a different and delicious combination.
